In autumn 2010, the company sold a single setup project in Russia for the autoclave processing of gold concentrates for Amurskiy hydrometallurgical plant under construction in the Khabarovsk region.

The latest technological equipment for the extraction of gold from refractory concentrates was brought from Shanghai to Amursk in late October. Transportation and installation of the autoclave was special because of its dimensions: length 26 meters and weight of almost 200 tons.

Several international companies implemented a phased delivery of label cargo. Beck & Pollitzer SPb completed the final part of the project — the installation of the autoclave to the foundation. «To achieve this objective had been hired a new hydraulic system, " Gantry «with lifting capacity to 1000 tons, which allows to move heavy loads without the help of conventional cranes, which due to lack of space at the site just did not turn around. Beck & Pollitzer SPb is the only engineering company in Europe, who has such equipment with this carrying capacity «- says Adrian Cios, general director of the company.

For the successful execution of the project company’s specialists elaborated a draft of works, which resulted in lifting rig «Gantry» was delivered by train from St. Petersburg to Khabarovsk. From Khabarovsk to the site installation of the autoclave «Gantry» was transported in five forty feet containers. For loading / unloading of containers used forty-ton crane.

This project is also unique in fact that these autoclaves are not a lot in the world, but in Russia it is the only one of its kind.
