Gantry Heavy Lifting System Hydrospex SBL 1100

At the beginning of 2009 Beck & Pollitzer Management decided to order new hydraulic gantry lifting system with capacity to 1000t to continue developing of heavy lifting division in Russia.

Therefore as Beck &Pollitzer SPb we are in exclusive possession of the Hydrospex SBL 1100 gantry located in St. Petersburg- with lifting capability of 1000T, max lifting height 12002 mm.

This system has the following properties:

• Set consisting of 4 units (Mast erection: system that uses a hydraulic cylinder with pin joints; at the pace of max 10 m/h)
• Capability:
  • 1st stage 2670 kN/unit
  • 2nd stage 1750 kN/unit
  • 3rd stage 1000 kN/unit
• All units are hydraulic (each unit is powered by a 7,5 kW electric motor)
• Power pack is commissioned in base frame (3 phase 380/480VAC 50-60Hz)
• Foldable design so it fits sea-containers)
• Self propelled tank-roller system (pace up to 30 m/h)
• Reduced footprint lead
• Intellilift wireless control system (capable to read load and stroke on a wireless control hand-held. Automatic synchronisation of all units and overload alarms)
• Mechanical locking possibilities
